. Demo: Learn how to make, and learn the basics of handling & storing of our very own WKC gum paste (Gum paste recipe will be provided)
.6 – 7 types of flowers + foliage (Gum Paste + Basic Wafer Paper).1 student per cake project
. Rose, Hydrangeas, Lunarias, Daisies, 2 different types of leaves, Maple leaves, Snowberries
. Learn how to identify, plan & design Colour Palette & Art Work from scratch
. Plan for your operations to maximise efficiency of your business
. Learn the skills of colouring technique in Earthy and realistic blush tones to bring out the life in the sugar flowers that Winifred applies in her work & cake designs
. Final work to be presented one tier cake
. Basic Floral arrangement theory on a 2D Surface: Focus, Fillers, Foliage/Floaty
. Box will be provided for students to bring home their creations.
. Learn how to keep the sugar flowers years and years to come in high humidity countries, like Singapore.
